Statistics:
Some stats that we know of are:
- 60+ salvations
- We had at least 50+ physical healings
- We also had many, many youth being set free from various things.
- On the Sunday, we were also privileged to witness 35+ Baptisms.
We had an amazing Summer Camp to kickstart the year. It was such a special time; we had 320 youth come from all over the Western Cape and 60 Facilitators who put their hands up to serve. Our heart is to not just have games and feel-good sessions but rather equip the youth and to allow them to run all out for God and we should not hold them back. For this camp we had amazing sessions in the evenings, but we also had solid teachings in the mornings where we spent time in different Workshops. The heart behind the workshops was to equip and teach the kids about something specific.
Workshop topics covered:
1. The Bible,
2. The Holy Spirit and the gifts,
3. Living a life of Holiness and
4. How to defend my Faith.
The youth could pick two out of the four.
Throughout camp we saw the Lord moving mightily and touching many lives. There are so many testimonies to come out of Summer Camp, I encourage you to reach out to youth in your congregation that attended or youth leaders that you know attended to ask more about what the Lord did at camp. I know it will stir your faith to hear how the Lord is moving amongst the youth.
