The biggest highlight of the year thus far surely was the Freedom Encounter that was hosted in May. People from Ladismith, Graaff-Reinet, and Prince Albert came through. We were in total more than 70 people at the event. It was a massive win in many ways.
Hendrik Bezuidenhout brought a team from Shofar Hermanus to do the worship and Anique Jordaan joined in from Shofar Wellington. It is a huge privilege to build the kingdom with friends.
“I saw a picture of running water (I thought it was someone who had to forgive because of the drought or water theft, but I chose to share what I saw and not what I interpreted). As I shared it, a lady responded and shared that her husband was eaten by a crocodile, and she blamed herself for it. She could not accept that it was not her fault and felt guilt towards her daughter who grew up without a father. But God exposed the lie and revealed the truth that would free her.”
A lady got delivered from a spirit of gambling after many years of serving God.
A young girl was delivered from shame and condemnation after losing her leadership badge at school due to the drinking of alcohol. She could honestly speak about what had happened and testify about it now.
